Zusammenfassung: Krise als Chance: Die stationäre Rehabilitationsbehandlung einer opiat- und alkoholabhängigen Patientin auf Basis der „Integrativen Therapie“ mit Fokus auf die emotional-instabile Persönlichkeitsstörung vom Borderline-Typus
Dargestellt wird in diesem Behandlungsjournal der Therapieprozess einer opiat- und alkoholabhängigen Patientin mit einer emotional-instabilen Persönlichkeitsstörung, vom Borderline-Typus im Rahmen einer stationären Rehabilitationsbehandlung, welche die Behandlung vorzeitig abgebrochen hat. Ein Schwerpunkt wird auf die Analyse der Auswirkungen der frühen Parentifizierung in der Kindheit der Patientin hinsichtlich der Ausprägung ihrer Suchterkrankung und ihrer emotional instabilen Persönlichkeitsstörung gelegt. Ausgehend von einer Anamnese der Biografie und der Suchtproblematik beinhaltet das Behandlungsjournal eine ausführliche prozessuale Diagnostik und eine ätiologische Einordnung der Suchterkrankung sowie eine differenzierte Darstellung des therapeutischen Prozesses, in dem die Besonderheiten der Integrativen Therapie und ihrer Methoden (Vier Wege der Heilung und Förderung, 14 Wirk- und Heilfaktoren) beschrieben werden.

Summary: Crisis as a chance: Inpatient rehabilitation of a patient suffering from alcohol and opiate addiction based on “Integrative Therapy” with special focus on the borderline personality disorder
The journal describes the therapy process of a woman addicted to alcohol and opiates within the framework of an inpatient rehabilitation treatment who had cancelled early the treatment. Emphasis is focused on the analysis of the effects of the early parentification during the patient´s childhood on the expansion of the addiction disease and the emotionally unstable personality disorder. Starting with the personal and addiction focussed biography, the therapy journal contains a detailed process diagnostic and etiological analysis of the addiction disease followed by a detailed description of the therapy process, by describing the specifics of the integrative therapy (the four paths of healing and enrichment, 14 effective and healing factors).
