Integrative Beratung in der stationären Wohnungslosenhilfe – ein Weg zwischen Angebot und Kontrolle beschreibt eine Auseinandersetzung mit den Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des Integrativen Beratungskonzepts im Praxisfeld des stationären Hilfealltags. Der reflektierende Blick versucht mit der Kenntnis vergangener Hilfeideologien die Hilfe-, bzw. Beratungsstrukturen für stationäre wohnungslose HilfeempfängerInnen und HilfeanbieterInnen zu prüfen. Dargestellt werden die verschiedenen Auftraggeber deren spezifische Interessen und Hilfeziele, die Mittel ihrer Umsetzung und ihre Kompatibilität.
Integrative Beratung wird hierbei als Möglichkeit einer Verständigung zwischen Hilfesuchenden und HelferInnen zur hilfewirksame Kooperation aufgezeigt. Dabei kommen der Beratungsbeziehung und die an ihre Qualität geknüpften Beratungshaltungen, -stile und –interventionen mit dem Spektrum von Konfrontation, Druck, Kontrolle und Angebot, Stützung, Annahme ein besonderes Augenmerk zu.

Summary:
Integrative consultation in the aid for homeless people in hospital – a way between offer and surveillance describes a discussion with the possibilities and limitations of the integrative consultation concept in the practice of the daily routine of the aid in hospitals. The reflecting look tries to examine the aid or the consultation structures for homeless people in hospital who receive the aid and those who offer the aid with the knowledge of aid ideologies from the past. Various people who offer the aid and their particular interests and the aims of the aid they offer, the means of their realisation and their compatibility are shown here.
Integrative consultation is presented as a possibility of communication between aid searching and aid offering people for effective cooperation. Especially the relation of the consultation and – attached to the relation – the consultation attitudes, styles and interventions with the range of confrontation, pressure, surveillance and offer, support, acceptance are examined in detail.
