Netzwerkbildung, der konstruktive Umgang mit widersprüchlichen Anforderungen.

 

Zusammenfassung:
Der Begriff des sozialen Netzwerks ist mehrdeutig: er bezeichnet gleichzeitig ein allgemeines Modell zur Analyse sozialer Beziehungen und eine spezifische Art der Zusammenarbeit. Dies hat zur Folge, daß häufig unklar bleibt, was konkret unter einem sozialen Netzwerk zu verstehen ist. Im folgenden Artikel werden „künstliche Netzwerke“ als eine besondere Form der Kooperation im professionellen Bereich definiert mit der Funktion, widersprüchliche gesellschaftliche Anforderungen miteinander in Einklang zu bringen. Als Basis einer Netzwerkbildung mit dem Anspruch, unterschiedliche Ziele, Perspektiven und soziale Welten zu integrieren, wird das Ko-respondenzmodell der Integrativen Supervision und Therapie vorgestellt. Am Beispiel der Entwicklung des überregionalen Projektnetzwerks „REGINE“ und des Beraternetzwerks „zetTeam“ werden zentrale Funktionen einzelner Entwicklungsphasen und mögliche supervisorische Interventionen aufgezeigt.

 

Summary:
The term „social network“ is ambiguous: it simultaneously designates a general model for the analysis of social relations and a specific way of cooperation. As a result, it frequently remains unclear what precisely ist under-stood by a socal network. In the following article „artifical networks“ as a specific form of cooperation in the pro-fessional sphere are defined. Their funktion is to reconcile contradictory societal demands. As the basis of for-ming a network claiming to integrate different aims, perspectives and social worlds, the socalled „Ko-respondenz Modell“ out of the sphere of Integrative Supervision and Therapy is introduced. Central functions of several development phases and possible supervisory interventions are demonstrated with the example of the supraregional project network „REGINE“ the the consultant network „zetTeam“.
