Der Beitrag ist ein Kerntext zur Integrativen Therapie und den „Neuen Naturtherapien“. Er befasst sich mit dem bedrohlichen Phänomen progredierender Naturentfremdung einerseits und der Bedeutung der ökologischen Einflüsse auf die seelische Gesundheit andererseits. Beides gilt es zu sehen. Der Mensch als „Leibsubjekt embodied and embedded“ ist ja nach der anthropologischen Grundformel der Integrativen Therapie von 1965 neben Körper, Seele/Geist ein soziales und auch ein „ökologisches Wesen“. Das zu erkennen wird bei der derzeitigen menschenverursachten Naturzerstörung von Umwelt durch Pestizide, Erderwärmung, Vermüllung etc. und der Innenwelt von Kindern und Jugendlichen durch exorbitanten Medienkonsum vital wichtig. Auswirkungen sind Internet- und Game-Sucht und ökopsychosomatische Störungen. Pädagogische Orientierungen, die nur MINT-Fächer fördern, sind hier keine Hilfe. Es geht vielmehr um Maßnahmen, die wir als MINT-Plus Ansätze bezeichnet haben. Sie beziehen Naturerleben für eine positive Ökologisation – Lernen durch Erfahrungen „out door“ in der und mit der Natur – ein. In der Therapie kommt der Einsatz von Tieren, z. B. von Therapiehunden hinzu, um komplexe „korrektive Lernerfahrungen“ emotionaler, kognitiver, sozialer und ökopsychosomatischer Art möglich zu machen, die der Game-Sucht entgegenwirken

The article is a core text for Integrative Therapy and „New Natural Therapies“. He deals with the threatening phenomenon of progressive alienation on the one hand and the importance of ecological influences on mental health on the other. Both should be seen. According to the anthropological basic formula of the Integrative Therapy of 1965, man as „body subject embodied and embedded“ is beside the body, soul/mind a social and also an „ecological being“. To understand this becomes vital in the current man made destruction of the environment by pesticides, global warming, pollution and of the inner world of children and youth by exorbitant media consumption. Impacts are internet and game addiction and ecopsychosomatic disorders. Educational orientations that only encourage MINT subjects are not helpful here. Rather, it’s about what we called MINT-Plus approaches. They incorporate nature experiences for a positive ecology-learning through experiences „out door“ in and with nature. In therapy comes up the use of animals. Therapy dogs, for example, can be used to make complex „corrective learning experiences“ possible, corrections of emotional, cognitive, social and ecopsychosomatic nature that counteract game addiction.
