Zusammenfassung: Nootherapie und „säkulare Mystik“ in der Integrativen Therapie (1983e)
Nach der anthropologischen Grundformel der IT von 1965 ist der Mensch auch ein Geist-Wesen. Dem trägt Nootherapie Rechnung als Umgang mit Fragen des „Geistigen Lebens“, des „noetischen Lebens“, wie wir gerne sagen, denn der Begriff „Spiritualität“ wurde vielfach vernutzt. Konzepte zu diesem Bereich der Werte, der Ethik und Ästhetik, der Fragen nach dem Woher und Wohin des Menschen – nootherapeutische Fragen – werden hier behandelt verbunden mit Ansätzen der Meditation z. B. in der  Natur und der Arbeit mit kreativen Medien als Übungen der Integrativen Nootherapie.

According to the basic anthropological formula of IT from 1965, man is also a spiritual being. Nootherapy takes this into account when dealing with questions of the „spiritual life“, the „noetic life“, as we like to say, because the term „spirituality“ has been frequently misused. Concepts for this area of values, ethics and aesthetics, the questions about the origin and direction of the human being – nootherapeutic questions – are treated here in connection with approaches of meditation, for example in nature and working with creative media as exercises of Integrative Nootherapy.
