Es wird eine kompakte Darstellung von „Beratung“ als Anwendungsbezogene wissenschaftliche Disziplin und Praxeologie gegeben. Ihre interdisziplinäre Orientierung und Kernkonzepte der integrativen und differentiellen Beratungskonzeption werden vorgelegt. Beratung wird als Technologie der Wissensdistribution und Komplexitätsreduktion in modernen „Wissensgesellschaften“, und als ein multimethodischer Ansatz der Hilfeleistung, Unterstützung und Entwicklungsförderung vorgestellt.

Summary: “Counseling” as Discipline and Praxeology for Handling Subjective Theories and their Complex Backgrounds in Modern Science Oriented Societies
A complex concept of counselling as an applied scientific discipline and praxeology is presented. Its interdiciplinary orientation and core concepts of a differential and integrative concept of counselling is delineated. Counselling is seen as a technology for the distribution of knowledge and the reduction of complexity in the modern „knowledge societies“. It is moreover considered to be a multimethod approach of assistance, support and fostering of development.
