… Entwicklungen im „neuen Integrationsparadigma“

Zusammenfassung: Integrative Therapie und/oder Gestalttherapie? Probleme und Entwicklungen im „neuen Integrationsparadigma“
V o r  d e m  H i n t e r g r u n d  d e r  g e g e n w ä r t i g e n  S i t u a t i o n  d e s psychotherapeutischen Feldes, der berufs- und gesundheitspolitischen Lage wird die Beziehung zwischen „Gestalttherapie“ und „Integrativer Therapie“ reflektiert. Perls (1948) nannte seinen Ansatz ursprünglich: „Theory and Therapy of Personality Integration“ und formulierte ein schulenübergreifendes Arbeitsprogramm, das er mit der Entscheidung zur „Gestalttherapie“ als eigener Schule aufgab. Die „Integrative Therapie“, in deren Arbeitsprogramm die Gestalttherapie ein wichtiges Moment war (neben Impulsen von Moreno, Iljine, Ferenczi u. a.), konnte diesen frühen Ansatz von Perls aufnehmen und systematisch weiterführen im Rahmen der schulenübergreifenden Entwicklungen des „neuen Integrationsparadigmas“ in der Psychotherapie. Die Impulse der Gestalttherapie für das Feld der Psychotherapie werden aufgezeigt und ihre Situation und die der kleineren Therapieverfahren beleuchtet mit dem Resultat: Es wäre gut, wenn man sich der neuen Integrationsbewegung in der Psychotherapie als „mainstream“ anschließen würde.

Summary:Integrative Therapy and/or Gestalt Therapy? Problems and developments in the „New Paradigm of Integration“  
On the background of the current situation in the field of psychotherapy the impact of proffesional and health politics, the relation between „Gestalt Therapy“ and „Integrative Therapy“ is reflected. Perls (1948) called his approach: „Theory and Therapy of Personality Integration“ and formulated a school transcending work-programme, which he abandoned with his decision to found his own therapy school. For the work programme of Integrative Therapy the Gestalt approach was important besides impulses from Moreno, Iljine, Ferenczi a.o., and the early line of Perls could be continued and systematically elaborated within the framework of the developping, school surmounting „new paradigm of integration“ in psychotherapy. The impulses of Gestalt therapy concerning the field of psychotherapy are highlightended and the situation for the Gestalt approach and the smaller therapy schools are discussed resulting in the conclusion: It would be wise to join the developping „mainstream“ of the new „Integration paradigm“ in psychotherapy.
