Konzept für Musiktherapeutische Entwicklungsförderung im Setting einer Sonderschule für Körperbehinderte.

Zusammenfassung:
Die integrative Musiktherapeutin beschreibt in ihrer Arbeit ein Konzept für Entwicklungsförderung in einer Sonderschule für Körperbehinderte.
Dabei wird über eine Prozessbeschreibung der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung eines autistischen Jugendlichen die Arbeitsmöglichkeiten der Integrativen Therapie in der Schule praxisnah und lebendig dargestellt.
Zuvor werden die Ziele von Rehabilitation, das Salutogenesemodell zur Entwicklung von Krankheit und Gesundheit und die Verschränkung von Ressourcen, Risikofaktoren und Schutzfaktoren der Integrativen Kindertherapie dargestellt. Das Arbeitsfeld mit Zielgruppe, Setting, Therapiezielen und -strukturen und Beobachtungsprotokollbögen werden ausführlich beschrieben.
Aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse der Kinder- und Jugendpsychotherapie für autistische Störungen werden betrachtet und musiktherapeutische Interventionen beschrieben. Die Arbeit endet mit einem Resumée und weiteren konzeptionell interessanten Arbeitsmöglichkeiten im sonderpädagogischen Bereich.

Concept for musictherapeutic growth support in a school for physically handicapped children
The author, an „Integrative Musictherapist“, describes a concept for growth support in a school for physically handicapped children.
She describes, lively and close to the children´s reality, the process of the personality growth of an autistic teenager. Hereby she showes the possibilities of the application of the „Integrative Therapy“ in school.
The paper explains the so called Salutogenesemodell“ for development of disease and health and the goals of rehabilitation. Ressources, riscfactors and protecting factors of the „Integrative Childtherapy“ are described.
The working area „school“ is described, with respect to the special needs and personalities of the group of physically handicapped children. The author puts forwards the settings, the goals and the structure of the therapy and presents a plan for an observation record.
The author takes into account the results of current studies on child- and youth-psychotherapy about the autistic malfunction. She also described the musictherapeutic interventions, which she employed.
The paper concludes with a summary and further conceptional options of therapeutic work in a school for disabled children.
