Das Thema „Konflikte“ ist in allen interventiven psychosozialen Bereichen (Beratung, Therapie, Supervision) ein Dauerthema. Moreno hatte für die Lösung sozialer Konflikte das „Soziodrama“ entwickelt. Wir haben es in Paris und Düsseldorf Ende der 1960er Jahre in Projekten und Aktionen praktiziert und spezifisch theoretisch untermauert. Konflikte sind das Aufeinander-treffen widerstreitender Kräfte, die konstruktive und destruktive Potentiale entfalten können. Besonders, wenn kollektive mentale Repräsentationen (Petzold 2003b, Supervision 1), wenn „Welten aufeinandertreffen“ sind besonnene Wege der Analyse und Klärung angezeigt.

The topic of „Conflicts“ is a constant theme in all intervening psychosocial areas (counseling, therapy, supervision). Moreno had developed the „sociodrama“ for the solution of social conflicts. We practiced it in Paris and Dusseldorf in the late 1960s in projects and social activities that we have specifically underpinned with theory. Conflicts are the clashing of conflicting forces that can develop constructive and destructive potentials. Especially when collective mental representations (Petzold 2003b), when „worlds are clashing“, prudent ways of analysis and clarification are indicated.
