Summary: Multiperspectivity – a Metaconception for the Purality of Models, Connectionism  of Theory, and Social Interventions in Integrative Supervision
On the ground of epistemological reflections the concept of mulitperspektivity is presented as a metaconcept for a practice of interventions, based in the social sciences. Arguments are drawn from socioecological and cognitivistic reasoning and it is discoursed, how these two discurses could be amalgarnated. The modell of a hermeneutic triplex reflection is developed, that is reflecting the process of observation (I), reflects these reflections (II) and tries to find the basis of even this strategy of reasoning. By means of a casuistic from clinical supervision in institutions (hospitals) it is demonstrated, how connectionistic modell building can contribute to a theoretically very grounded practice of supervisoric interventions.
