Schlüsselwörter: Soziale Netzwerke – social world – kollektivmentale Repräsentationen – Konvoi – Ressource

For a group of women looking for work, training and education, a networking initiative turned out to be an ideal complement to a dyadic counseling process.
The networking of resources in this multicultural, age- and education-heterogeneous group led to a synergy in the design of career paths and also made sense in terms of the four ways of healing and promotion.
