Anhand des agilen Rahmenwerks «Scrum» werden in der vorliegenden Arbeit die Grundlagen des agilen Arbeitens dargestellt und ihre Implikationen auf Teams, Mitarbeitende sowie ihre Anforderungen an die Führung und das Arbeitsumfeld und damit verbundene Literatur kritisch diskutiert. Es werden Bezüge zu Konzepten (Ko-respondenzmodell, Reflexives Management, Integratives Teamkonzept) des Integrativen Verfahrens hergestellt.

Summary: Agile – Mindset instead of Tools – Study of a modern working model from the perspective of a supervisor/organisational developer trained in Integrative Method
Using the agile framework „Scrum“, this paper presents the basics of agile working and critically discusses its implications for teams, employees and their demands on leadership and the working environment, as well as related literature. References are made to concepts (Co-respondence Model, Reflexive Management, Integrative Team Concept) of the Integrative Process.
