Summary: „Corporeality“ as „Informed Body“ embodied and embedded – Body-Soul-Mind-World-Relationality in Integrative Therapy. Sources and Concepts concerning the body-mind-problem and the practice of body therapy
This chapter presents in a concise version the concept of corporeality in „Integrative Therapy“ resp. „Integrative Human Therapy and its sources. It is a core concept of the anthropological view of man in the Integrative Approach (cf. https://www.fpi-publikation.de/polyloge/022011-petzold-h-g-2006k-update2011-integrative-therapie-anthropologie-menschenbild-u ). The „psychophysiological  problem“, unsolved in all approaches of Psycho-therapy, that mostly has not even been dealt with is discussed as „ Body-Soul-Mind-World-Problem“. – This is a core text of Integrative Therapy representing „the“ basic theory concept of the Integrative Approach, Petzold’s idea of the „Informed Body“. It is together whith the concepts of „complex learning“ (Sieper, Petzold 2002), an context/continuum (i.a. social networks, collective mental representations, relevant ecologies 2006p) and concrete melioristic cultural activities (Petzold, Orth, Sieper 2013a) – all texts in this archive – the fundament of our work. The concept of the „Informed Body“ is connecting phenomenological/hermeneutic Body Philosophy of the humanities with science (biology, neurophysiology) by an approximation of discourses – more is currently not possible – in a way that therapeutic practice is grounded with good enough solidity.

Keywords: Corporeality, Informed Body, Body-Mind-Problem, Integrative Therapy, Body oriented Therapy
