Das vorliegende Behandlungsjournal beschreibt die ambulante integrative therapeutische Behandlung eines 22-jährigen Patienten mit einer komplexen Posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung und einer komorbiden Cannabisabhängigkeit. Das Behandlungsjournal beinhaltet die Beschreibung der ausführlichen anamnestischen Erhebung, der Diagnostik, der ätiologischen Überlegungen, wobei die pathogenetische sowie die salutogenetische Perspektive berücksichtigt wurden, sowie den Behandlungsverlauf aus Sicht des Patienten und der Therapeutin. Es werden zentrale Modelle, Konzepte und Methoden der Integrativen Therapie vorgestellt, welche in diesem spezifischen Behandlungsprozess von Bedeutung waren. Es wird auf die störungsspezifische Traumabehandlung eingegangen und der Therapieprozess abschliessend reflektiert anhand der Ergebnisse der Behandlung.

Summary:  From shame to self-compassion – Therapeutic process with a 22-year-old man with complex post-traumatic stress disorder
This treatment journal describes the outpatient integrative therapeutic treatment of a 22-year-old patient with a complex posttraumatic stress disorder and a comorbid cannabis dependence disorder. The journal contains a description of the detailed anamnestic assessment, the diagnostic process, the etiological considerations, taking into account both the pathogenetic and the salutogenetic perspective, as well as the course of treatment from the perspective of the patient and the therapist. Some central models, concepts and methods of the integrative therapy, that were important in this specific treatment process are presented. The disorder-specific treatment of the trauma related symptomatology is discussed and the therapy process is finally reflected on based on the results of the therapy.
