Behandlung einer komplex traumatisierten Patientin nach dem Verfahren der Integrativen Therapie im stationären Setting

Zusammenfassung: Behandlung einer komplex traumatisierten Patientin nach dem Verfahren der Integrativen Therapie im stationären Setting
In diesem Fallbericht wird die stationäre psychotherapeutische Behandlung einer komplex traumatisierten Patientin nach dem Verfahren der Integrativen Therapie beschrieben. Die Patientin befand sich während zwei Jahren in stationärer Behandlung in einer kleineren psychiatrischen Klinik. Anhand einer detaillierten biographischen Anamnese der Patientin werden die drei Aspekte der Karriereanamnese erläutert sowie eine detaillierte prozessdiagnostische Erhebung vorgenommen. Ebenfalls anhand der Biographie werden ätiologische Überlegungen zur Erkrankung der Patientin gemacht, wobei die pathogenetische und salutogenetische Perspektive berücksichtigt und anschliessend ein therapeutisches Rahmenkurriculum formuliert wird. Des Weiteren wird ausführlich auf den Behandlungsverlauf mit der Viation der Patientin und der Therapeutin sowie den Strategien der Therapeutin eingegangen. Da die Therapie im stationären Setting erfolgte, werden auch weitere wichtige Bereichen der interdisziplinären Behandlung wie Aktivierungstherapie, Sozialdienst und Medikamente beschrieben. Der Fallbericht schliesst mit dem Ausblick auf die ambulante Weiterführung der Therapie. Die Ausführungen werden mit Illustrationen von kreativen Werken der Patientin untermalt.

Summary: Treatment of a complex traumatised patient in an indoor setting according to the method of Integrative therapy

This case-report focusses on the psychotherapeutic treatment of a complex traumatised femal patient according to the method of Integrative therapy. During two years the patient was treated in an indoor setting in a small psychiatric hospital. By means of a detailed biographic anamnesis the three aspects of the carrier-anamnesis are exemplified and a process-related diagnosis is made. Equally, etiological considerations are made, in which the pathogenetic and salutogenetic perspective is considered. In addition the process of the treatment with the viation of the patient and the therapist and the strategies of the therapist with the four ways of healing and the 14 healing factors in described in detail. As the therapy took place in an indoor setting, other important areas of the interdisciplinary treatment as occupational therapy, social work and drugtherapy are mentioned. The report closes with an outlook on the continuing of the therapy in an ambulant setting. The explanations are illustrated by creative works of the patient.
