Zusammenfassung: „Mit anderen Ohren sehen“- Integrative Gruppenmusiktherapie in der Psychosomatik unter besonderer Berücksichtigung von PatientInnen mit Essstörungen
In der vorliegenden Abschlussarbeit zur Integrativen Therapie und ihrer Methode Musik stellt die Autorin ihre musiktherapeutische Arbeit mit PatientInnen mit einer Essstörung in der Psychosomatik vor und gleicht diese mit dem Verfahren der Integrativen Musiktherapie ab.
Zunächst geht es um die Definitionen und die verschiedenen Erklärungsansätze von Ess-störungen. Im weiteren werden einige Kernkonzepte der Integrativen Therapie vorgestellt. Dabei sind diejenigen ausgewählt worden, auf die die Autorin unmittelbarer zurückgreift bzw. die als therapeutische Haltung zu Grunde liegen. Grundlagen der Integrativen Musiktherapie gehen der Verlaufsbeschreibung der musiktherapeutischen Gruppenmusiktherapie im Diakonie – Klinikum Stuttgart voraus. Im Kapitel Reflexion werden die beschriebenen Musiktherapiestunden unter den verschiedenen Perspektiven des gruppentherapeutischen Modells der Integrativen Therapie und der Integrativen Musiktherapie untersucht. Zum Schluss kommen die TeilnehmerInnen, die an der Musiktherapie teilgenommen haben und die der Autorin schriftliche Rückmeldungen geschrieben haben, zu Wort.

Summary „To see with other ears“ – Integrative music therapy in groups in psychosomatic medicine considering patients with eating disorder
In her thesis on integrative theory and the method music the author introduces her music therapeutic work with patients in a psychosomatic clinic who have an eating disorder and balances this with the method of integrative music therapy. First of all definitions and the different approaches of explaining eating disorders are provided. Furthermore some main concepts of integrative therapy are introduced. The concepts that are selected are the ones the author directly accesses and which underlie the therapeutic mindset respectively. Basic principles of integrative music therapy precede the characterization of the process of music therapeutic group therapy in the Diakonie – Klinikum Stuttgart. In the chapter “reflection“ (Reflexion) the described music therapy sessions are investigated/examined by the means of the different perspectives of the group therapeutic models of the integrative therapy and the integrative music therapy. To conclude the participants of the music therapy that provided the author with written feedback are heard.
