Jeder Konflikt hat eine Geschichte. Das Essay legt eine Grundlage für die theoretische Betrachtung von Konfliktgeschehnissen im Integrativen Ansatz. Die Abhandlung zeigt auf, dass die Integrative Supervision Modelle bereitstellt, wie die social worlds, die komplexen sozialen Repäsentationen und das Ko-respondenzmodell, die eine hilfreiche reflektierte Arbeit in und mit Konfliktsituationen ermöglicht, ohne sich ausschließlich auf tools zu verlassen. Sie würdigt die aufeinandertreffenden manchmal auch aufeinanderprallenden Welten durch die dem Integrativen Ansatz eigene Mehrperspektivität und den ihr innewohnenden kontextuellen Weitblick. Die Theorie-Praxis-Verschränkung wird durch Beispiele, die die gesamte Abhandlung durchziehen gewährleistet und mündet schließlich in die Darstellung des Harvard-Modells für Konfliktbearbeitungen, das den Weg von Positionen hin zu gemeinsamen Interessen mit den Konfliktparteien erarbeitet.

Each conflict is standing in a history. This essay forms a basic for working in or with difficult situations with many conflicts between persons, teams or in political questions. The Integrativ Supervision gives models like social worlds, complex social representions or the co-respondence which are helpful for talking and working with people who are suffering under conflicts. The attitude of understanding and awareness are more important than tools to find fast and short solutions. The charakter of most possible perspektives and wideness are the sign of Integrative Supervision. There are a continously  telling of examples from life to show the withbeing from theorie an prakticable supervision. The essay is ending with the modell form Harvard University to find solutions in conflicts going the way from each positions to common interests for sustinabel other ways for the community.
