This text is describing the possibilities of the “New Nature Therapies” (Horticultural, Landscape, animal assisted therapies) in the treatment of depressions within the framework of Integrative Therapy. Stimulating experience activation can contribute to the change of a depressive lifestyle. Depressions after successful treatment with CBT have 50% recidivism after 2 years. Methods of nature therapy included to a “bundle of interventions” for this disorder can contribute to a greater treatment sustainability, particularly if they succeed to become a part of a movement active lifestyle.

Zusammenfassung: Depression ist grau – Therapie grün! Die „neuen Naturtherapien“ in der Depressionsbehandlung
Der Text zeigt die Möglichkeiten der „Neuen Naturtherapien“ (Garten-, Landschafts-tiergestützte Therapie) in der Behandlung von Depressionen im Rahmen Integrativer Therapie auf. Die stimulierende Erlebnisaktivierung vermag zur Veränderung des depressiven Lebensstils beizutragen. Depressionen sind nach erfolgreicher CBT-Therapie nach 2 Jahren zu 50% rückfällig. Naturtherapeutische Methoden in einem „Bündel“ therapeutischer Maßnahmen für diese Störungen könnte zur grösserer Nachhaltigkeit beitragen, besonders wenn sie in einen neuen bewegungsaktiven Lebensstil eingebettet werden.
