Zusammenfassung: «Mich schreibend erkunden» – Ein poesie- und bibliotherapeutischer Schreibworkshop
Die Abschlussarbeit „Mich schreibend erkunden“ behandelt die Grundlagen und Methoden der Integrativen Poesie- und Bibliotherapie. Diese Form der Therapie berücksichtigt körperliche, emotionale, geistige und soziale Faktoren und nutzt kreative Medien wie Poesie und Literatur zur Förderung von persönlichem Wachstum und Heilung. Ein zentraler Bestandteil ist das Modell der „Fünf Säulen (des Supports) der Identität“, das verschiedene Dimensionen der Identität umfasst. Der geplante Workshop für Studierende der Rehabilitationspsychologie integriert diese Elemente.

The final thesis „Exploring myself through writing“ deals with the principles and methods of integrative poetry and bibliotherapy. This form of therapy takes into account physical, emotional, spiritual and social factors and uses creative media such as poetry and literature to promote personal growth and healing. A central component is the „Five Pillars (of Support) of Identity“ model, which encompasses various dimensions of identity. The planned workshop for students of rehabilitation psychology integrates these elements.
