Integrative musiktherapeutische Förderung eines Jungen mit dem Störungsbild „Frühkindlicher Autismus“
In der Graduierungsarbeit werden zunächst verschiedene Hypothesen zur Entstehung und zum Verständnis des Störungsbildes „Frühkindlicher Autismus“ und der damit häufig einher gehenden Verhaltensauffälligkeiten dargestellt.  Diese werden zu Aussagen der Integrativen Therapie insbesondere in den Bereichen der Relationalität, der Persönlichkeits-Entwicklung, des informierten Leibes und des komplexen Lernens  in Beziehung gesetzt. „Integrative Musiktherapie“ als Methode im Rahmen des Verfahrens „Integrative Therapie“ wird in ihrer Bedeutung für die Arbeit mit Klienten mit „frühkindlichem Autismus“ diskutiert. In der Dokumentation von Diagnostik, Therapie-Planung und der Darstellung des integrativ-musiktherapeutischen Prozesses mit einem  9-jährigen autistischen Jungen über den Zeitraum eines Jahres werden diese Aspekte verdeutlicht. Die Entwicklung des Klienten, die Erfahrungen der Therapeutin und Möglichkeiten und Grenzen Integrativer Therapie beim Störungsbild „frühkindlicher Autismus“ werden reflektiert.

The graduation work at first describes several hypotheses concerning causes and the understanding of the disorder appearances of infantile autism as well as the abnormal behavioral disorders frequently occurring together with this syndrome. These hypotheses are brought in relation to the theoretical background of integrative therapy, especially its statements on relationality, personality development, informed body and complex learning.

“Integrative music therapy” as a method within integrative therapy is discussed in its bearing on the work with clients with the clinical picture of “infantile autism”. These aspects are explained in the documentation of diagnostics, planning of the therapy and description of the integrative-music-therapeutic process with a 9 years old autistic boy for the period of one year. The development of the client, the experiences of the therapist and the possibilities and limits of  integrative therapy in the work with clients with the clinical picture of  infantile autism  are considered.
