Die Arbeit stellt anhand des Angebotes einer „Kreativen Schreibwerkstatt“, die auf dem Konzept der Integrativen Poesie- und Bibliotherapie beruht, die Wichtigkeit, Wirkung und Bedeutung dieser in der Seniorenarbeit vor. Der Blick liegt hier vor allem auf der Kulturarbeit, die zur Sozialisation der älteren Bürgerinnen und Bürger beiträgt und für die Förderung und Entwicklung des Lebensweges im Alter unabdingbar ist. Das Konzept der Integrativen Poesie- und Bibliotherapie fördert wesentlich die bio-psycho-sozial-ökologische Komponente. Kulturarbeit, Bewusstseinsarbeit und -bildung, Kreativitätsförderung stehen im Vordergrund und damit letztlich die Heil- und Wirkfaktoren als wichtige Elemente der Salutogenese.

Summary: “The Creative Writing Workshop” – an educational and cultural programme for older people based on the method of integrative poetry and bibliotherapy
This paper uses the example of a ‘creative writing workshop’ based on the concept of integrative poetry and bibliotherapy to highlight the importance, impact and significance of this approach in work with senior citizens. The focus here is primarily on cultural activities, which contribute to the socialisation of older citizens and are essential for supporting and developing their life journey in old age. The concept of integrative poetry and bibliotherapy significantly promotes the bio-psycho-social-ecological component. Cultural work, awareness-raising and education, and the promotion of creativity are at the forefront, and thus ultimately the healing and effective factors as important elements of salutogenesis.
