Zusammenfassung: Integrative Gruppenpsychotherapie im Rahmen einer psychiatrischen Institutsambulanz – ein praxeologischer Beitrag
Es wird die gruppenpsychotherapeutische Arbeit in einer psychiatrischen Institutsambulanz mit Patienten mit neurotischen- (zumeist depressiven) und Persönlichkeitsstörungen in Komorbidität dargestellt. Methodisch zentrieren die Autoren auf den Ansatz der Integrativen Therapie, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Ressourcen- und Supportorientierung. Es wird die Abfolge einer quasitypischen Gruppensitzung dargestellt, beginnend mit einer Bewegungssequenz, der Anfangsrunde, der Bearbeitung eines Themas und schließlich der Auswertung und Zielkontrolle. Insgesamt stufen die Autoren die ressourcenorientierte und supportive Gruppenpsychotherapie im Integrativen Ansatz als wertvoll für diese Patientengruppe ein.

Summary: Working with Integrative Group Therapy in an ambulant psychiatric institution – A practical approach
The authors describe psychotherapeutic group work with patients with neurotic (mostly depressive) and personality disorders in co-morbidity in a psychiatric ambulance. There is a methodic reference to Integrative Therapy with a focal point to resources and support orientation. A typical process of one group setting is described, in the beginning with a sequence of body movements and exercises, a narrative round, the treatment of a theme, and in the end the evaluation of the effects and processing. Altogether, the authors do classify this form of integrative group therapy as valuable for this specific group of patients.
