Zusammenfassung: „Das Ende der Illusionen“ – Weltenwandel: Transversale Suchbewegung im Sinne Integrativer Supervision und Beratung
Diese Arbeit umfasst die Darstellung aktueller Diskurse von „Integrativer Beratung und Supervision“ auf der Grundlage der Gesellschaftsanalysen des Wissenschaftsautors Andreas Reckwitz „Das Ende der Illusionen – Politik, Ökonomie und Kultur in der Spätmoderne“ (2019) sowie „Die Gesellschaft der Singularitäten“ (2017) mit einer Zusammenfassung dieser Werke und dem Transfer zum „Integrativen Ansatz“. Darüber hinaus wird auf Grundlage des Tree of Science des „Integrativen Ansatzes“ in supervisorischer Beratung entstandene, transversale Suchbewegung aufgezeigt, die Hintergründe von Begriffen wie Lebenswelt, Bewusstsein, Leib, Social World, Identität, Ko-Respondenz, innerer und äußerer Souveränität darstellt und mit aktuellen Diskursen zu Transformation, Weltenwandel, Polarisierung und Totalität, Eco-Care, Innovation, Exnovation und Management by Future verbindet. Im Sinne einer Ethik der Verantwortung (Levinas 1987) zielt die Arbeit auf ein „Integratives Verständnis“ von Wandel als lebensfreundlicher und verantwortlicher Praxis.

Summary: “The End of Illusions“ – World Transformation: A Transversal Search Movement in the Sense of Integrative Supervision and Counseling
This work presents current discourses on „Integrative Counseling and Supervision“ based on the social analyses of academic author Andreas Reckwitz, „Das Ende der Illusionen – Politik, Ökonomie und Kultur in der Spätmoderne“ (2019) and „Die Gesellschaft der Singularitäten“ (2017), with a summary of these works and their transfer to the „Integrative Approach”. Furthermore, based on the Tree of Science of the „Integrative Approach“ it highlights transversal search movements that emerged in supervisory counseling. These explore the backgrounds of concepts such as lifeworld, consciousness, body, social world, identity, co-response, inner and outer sovereignty, and connect them with current discourses on transformation, world change, polarization and totality, eco-care, innovation, exnovation, and management by the future. In the sense of an ethics of responsibility (Levinas 1987), the work aims at an “integrative understanding” of change as a life-friendly and responsible practice.
