Die vorliegende Arbeit beginnt mit einer Klärung der Begrifflichkeit „Identität“ im Sinne einer Selbstverortung und einer Verortung durch Mitmenschen in der eigenen Lebenswelt im Kontext der Integrativen Supervision. Danach werden Unterschiede zwischen persönlicher Identität und sozialer Identität herausgearbeitet und Erkenntnisse aus der Sozialpsychologie erläutert. Es folgt eine Bezugnahme auf Sozialisation und Entwicklung sowie auf mögliche Brüche in der Identität und deren Berücksichtigung bei der transversalen Identitätsarbeit.

Summary: Identity and Identity Work in Integrative Supervision – An Introduction
The present work begins with a clarification of the term “identity” in the sense of self-location and location by fellow human beings in one’s own world in the context of integrative supervision. Differences between personal identity and social identity are then highlighted and findings from social psychology are explained. This is followed by reference to socialization and development as well as possible breaks in identity and their consideration in transversal identity work.
