Zusammenfassung: Was hat Foucault mit Supervision zu tun? – einige integrative Perspektiven
Diese Arbeit beginnt mit einer Problemstellung zum Thema Macht und ihre Rolle in institutionellen Beratungen. Es folgt eine Hinwendung zur Bedeutung von Foucault für die Integrative Supervision mit Anmerkungen zur Geschichte des Begriffs Supervision im Sinne von Aufsicht im Kontext von Gouvernementalität. Die Sprache als Machtmittel mit ihren performativen, aber auch kontingenten Eigenschaften wird beschrieben. Es folgen Reflektionen zu Ausschließungsprozessen und Möglichkeiten ihrer Überwindung durch Ko-respondenz. Im letzten Drittel dieser Arbeit finden Klärungen der Begrifflichkeiten Diskurs, Dispositiv, Epistem im Kontext von Foucault, der Systemtheorie und des Integrativen Ansatzes statt.

Summary: What does Foucault have to do with supervision? – some integrative perspectives
This paper begins with a discussion of the topic of power and its role in institutional consultations. It then turns to the significance of Foucault for integrative supervision, with remarks on the history of the term „supervision“ in the sense of oversight. Language as a means of power with its performative but also contingent qualities is described. This is followed by reflections on processes of exclusion and possibilities for overcoming them through encounter. The final third of this paper clarifies the concepts of discourse, dispositive, and episteme in the context of Foucault, systems theory, and the integrative approach.
