Zusammenfassung: Gestaltsupervision als Kompetenzgruppe
Es wird ein ganzheitliches Modell der Supervisionsgruppe (Gestaltsupervision/Integrative Supervision) vorgestellt, in dem alle Mitglieder als „Experten“ gesehen und genutzt werden, die in Ko-respondenzprozessen ihre plurale Expertise, ihre „Kompetenzen“ (Fähigkeiten, Wissen) zusammenführen (joining), so dass ein Konflux, ein Synergieeffekt entsteht, eine gesteigerte „gruppale Kompetenz“, die die Performanzen (Fertigkeiten, Können) der Supervisionsgruppe fundiert. Ein „Flow“ von „joint competence and performance“ (conflux), von gemeinschaftlichem Wissen und Können, macht die Supervisionsgruppe als supervisorische Arbeitsform besonders effektiv. Sie bildet einen Theorie-Praxis-Zyklus der Kompetenzentwicklung. Deshalb wird im Integrativen Ansatz der Gruppensupervision von „Kompetenzgruppen“ gesprochen.

Summary: Gestalt Supervision as Competence Group
A holistic model of Group Supervision (Gestalt Supervision/Integrative Supervision) is presented, in which all group members are considered and used as “experts”. In processes of mutual co-respondence they are joining their plural expertise, their competences (abilities, knowledge) in a way that conflux, a synergetic effect is emerging, a hightened “groupe competence”, which is supporting sound performances (proficiency, skills) of the supervision group. A “flow” of joint competence and performance (conflux), of shared knowledge and proficiency is making group supervision a particularly effective form of supervisory practice. It is operating as a theory-practice-cycle of competence development. Therefore we are speaking in the Integrative Approach of group supervision of “competence groups”.
