Dieser Text ist das Einführungskapitel zu dem Grundlagenwerk „Die Menschenbilder in der Psychotherapie. Interdisziplinäre Perspektiven und die Modelle der Therapieschulen“ (Hrsg. Hilarion G. Petzold (2012). Es befasst sich mit der Frage „Warum Menschenbilder?“ und stellt sie in der Kontext psychotherapeutischer Theorienbildung. Er bezieht sich dabei auf Petzolds Kerntext zum „Menschenbild der Integrativen Therapie“ (Petzold 2003e) und stellt ihn in einen aktuellen Kontext. Der Text 2003e bleibt immer noch die aktuelle und zentrale Darstellung für den integrativen Ansatz, dokumentiert er doch detailliert die Entwicklung des integrative Menschenbildes seit seinen Anfängen 1965 (eine einzigartige Dokumentation im Bereich der Psychotherapie). Der vorliegende Einführungstext verdeutlicht, die Aktualität dieses Menschenbildes

Petzold 2012)), which man deals with the question “Why conceptions of? „and places it in the context of psychotherapeutic theories The chapter refers to Petzold’s text from 2003e which still remains the current and central representation for the integrative approach, as it documents in detail the development of the integrative conception of man since its beginnings in 1965 (a unique documentation in the field of psychotherapy). It clarifies the relevance of this conception of man.
