Der Text gibt eine kompakte Darstellung europatheoretischer Konzepte, wie sie die Arbeit der Akademie kennzeichnen. Polylogische Diskurse, Transversalität und Interkulturalität müssen in allen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen und auch in Psychologie und Psychotherapie wirksam werden, um zur Entwicklung einer europäischen Identität beizutragen. Das erfordert gemeinsame Mentalisierungsprozesse und kollektive Willensentschlüsse sowie die Bereitschaft, die Andersheit, ja Fremdheit der Anderen wertzuschätzen.

Summary: Interculturaliy and cultural work in Europe: 25 years European Academy for Psychosocial Health and Creativity Development
This text gives a condensed presentation of concepts concerning theories on Europe as characteristic for the work of the European Academy. Polylogic discourses, transversality, interculturality have to become relevant in all domains of society in order to develop a European Identity. This is requiring joint processes of mentalization and collective will decisions as well as the readiness to appreciate the otherness and even strangeness of the others.
