Zusammenfassung: Ambulante Behandlung einer komplex traumatisierten Patientin mit
Integrativer Therapie
Theorie und Praxis der Integrativen Therapie (H. G. Petzold) weisen Wege auf Konzepte, Modelle, Methoden sowie Techniken, welche die Erschütterung der Identität der Betroffenen durch die Auswirkungen der Traumafolgestörungen verstehen lassen und welche Möglichkeiten zur Heilung und Linderung angeboten werden können. Ein Anliegen dieses Behandlungsjournals ist einerseits, die Ressourcen und das Lösungspotential der Patientin zu erwecken und diese zu stärken, andererseits Handlungsspielräume für Patientin zu erwirken, um neue Lebensperspektive sowie Lebensqualität für die Patientin entstehen. Dargestellt wird der Therapieprozess einer komplexen traumatisierten Patientin auf Basis der Integrativen Therapie mit „Bündeln“ (bundles) von konzertierten Massnahmen zentriert. Das Behandlungsjournal beschreibt hierbei die biografische Anamnese, prozessdiagnostische Erfassung, ätiologische Überlegungen zur Erkrankung mit Berücksichtigung von pathogenetischen und salutogenetischen Perspektiven und daraus abgeleiteten Behandlungsziele mit anschliessendem therapeutischem Rahmencurriculum. Des Weiteren wurde ausführlich auf den Behandlungsverlauf mit dem Prozess der Patientin und der Therapeutin sowie den Strategien der Therapeutin eingegangen, eingebettet in die Vier Wege der Heilung und Förderung, 14 Heilfaktoren, Modalitäten und Integrative und Differenzielle Relaxation im Traumaformat. Das Behandlungsjournal schliesst mit einer Résumé sowie einer Schlussbemerkung ab. Die Patientin gewinnt durch kreativen Ausdruck, intensiver eigener Auseinandersetzung und Üben, Stabilität und kann sich ihren Herausforderungen stellen.

Summary: Outpatient treatment of a complexly traumatized patient with integrative therapy
The theory and practice of integrative therapy (H. G. Petzold) point the way to concepts, models, methods and techniques that make it possible to understand the shattering of the identity of those affected by the effects of trauma disorders and which possibilities for healing and relief can be offered. One concern of this treatment journal is, on the one hand, to awaken and strengthen the patient’s resources and potential for solutions, and on the other hand, to create room for maneuver for the patient in order to create new life perspectives and quality of life for the patient. The therapy process of a complex traumatized patient is presented on the basis of integrative therapy with „bundles“ (bundles) centered on concerted measures. The treatment journal describes the biographical anamnesis, process diagnostic recording, etiological considerations of the disease taking into account pathogenetic and salutogenetic perspectives and treatment goals derived from this with subsequent therapeutic framework curriculum. Furthermore, the course of treatment with the process of the patient and the therapist as well as the strategies of the therapist were discussed in detail, embedded in the four ways of healing and promotion, 14 healing factors, modalities and integrative and differential relaxation in trauma format. The treatment journal concludes with a résumé and a concluding remark. The patient gains stability through creative expression, intensive self-examination and practice, and is able to face her challenges.
