Samenvatting: Stationaire en ambulante revalidatiebehandeling van een onder andere aan methamfetamine (F15.2) en alcohol (F10.2) verslaafde patiënte binnen geïntegreerde verslavingstherapie op basis van integratieve therapie met focus op het creëren van zelfstandigheid in gezondheid, wonen en werken
Beschreven wordt het therapieproces van een aan drugs- en alcohol verslaafde jonge vrouw binnen stationaire en later ambulante therapie. De behandeling werd met de methoden uit de integratieve therapie in één op één gesprekken vorm gegeven. Het zwaartepunt lag op het creëren van zelfstandigheid in zowel gezondheid als later ook het wonen en het ontdekken van een juiste werkvorm.Uitgaand van een biografische anamnese en de verslavingsproblematiek bevat het behandelplan een uitgebreide processuele diagnostiek van de verslaving, naast ook een gedetailleerde beschrijving van het therapeutische proces.

The journal discribes a therapy process of a young woman addicted to drugs and alcohol within stationary and later outpatient. The treatment was given shape in one-on-one conversations using the methods from integrative therapy. The focus was on creating independence in both health and, later on, also living and discovering the right form of work. Based on a biographical history and the addiction problem, the treatment plan contains an extensive process diagnosis of the addiction, as well as a detailed description of the therapeutic process.
