Zusammenfassung: „Vom Zusammenbruch zum Aufbruch“ –  Die Behandlung einer alkoholabhängigen Patientin in der Integrativen Suchttherapie
Es wird der Motivations- und Therapieprozess einer alkoholabhängigen Patientin mit der Diagnose „Depression mittleren Grades“ beschrieben. Die Behandlung fand im Rahmen der ambulanten Rehabilitation Sucht in einer psychosozialen Beratungs- und Behandlungsstelle für Suchtkranke und Suchtgefährdete statt.  Es kamen die Methoden und Verfahren der Integrativen Therapie zur Anwendung. Das Journal beinhaltet eine Sucht- und Familienanamnese, macht Aussagen zur ätiologischen und prozessualen Diagnostik, stellt einen Behandlungsplan mit den entsprechenden Therapiezielen dar und beschreibt den Prozessverlauf über 49 Sitzungen innerhalb von 6 Monaten im dyadischen Setting und in der Gruppentherapie. Acht therapeutische Sitzungen werden detailliert beschrieben und ausgewertet.

Summary: “From breakdown to a new start” – The treatment of a patient addicted to alcohol in the integrative therapy
In this paper, the motivation and therapy process of a patient addicted to alcohol   diagnosed with a “middle-grade-depression” is described. The treatment was effected within the scope of the outpatient rehabilitation in a psycho-social help and information centre for addicts.  The methods and proceedings of the Integrative therapy were applied. The journal includes an addiction and family anamnesis, makes statements about the aetiologic and process-related diagnostics, presents a therapy plan with the correspondent therapy objectives and describes the course of the process for a duration of 49 sessions within 6 months in the dyadic setting and in the group therapy. Eight therapeutic sessions are described and analysed in detail.
