Integrative Suchttherapie einer alkoholabhängigen Patientin im Rahmen einer ambulanten Rehabilitationsmaßnahme

Zusammenfassung: Integrative Therapie am Beispiel Patientin mit Alkoholabhängigkeit
Am Beispiel einer 48jährigen Patientin mit Alkoholabhängigkeit werden die Grundkonzepte der IT dargestellt: prozessuale Diagnostik, Entwicklungspsychologie in der Lebensspanne, und das multifaktorielle Salutogenese und Pathogenesemodell.
Anhand des Behandlungsjournals im ambulanten Setting wird die Dynamik der therapeutischen Beziehung reflektiert und Behandlungsstrategien und –techniken mit den therapiewirksamen „14 Heilfaktoren“ verdeutlicht.

Summary: Integrative Therapy with a patient suffering from an alcohol addiction
The main concepts of the “Integrative Therapy” are clearly represented by the example of the treatment process of a 48 year old female patient suffering from alcohol addiction.
The content of the therapy-process are in brief as follows: processual diagnostic,  lifespan developmental psychology an the concept of multifactorial salutogenesis and pathogenesis.
The dynamic of the patient-therapist-relation within this special out-patient treatment is documented with the help of a treatment bulletin, which contains an also reflects on the treatment –strategies and –techniques based on the effective “14 healing factors”.
