TERAPIA DE BOSQUE INTEGRATIVA EN CENTROS DE EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL (Waldtherapie im Kindergarten)

Conclusiones y resumen: Terapia de Bosque en Centros Educativos Infantiles
El establecimiento de un “Día de Bosque” semanal basado en los procedimientos de la „Terapia Integrativa“ en los Centros Educativos Infantiles ayudan a mejorar el bienestar biopsicosocial y ecológico de los niños y niñas, proporcionándoles un entorno especial que les ayuda a desarrollarse integralmente como personas y les aporta un aprendizaje que formará parte de sus archivos de resiliencia para el resto de sus vidas, ayudándoles a resolver situaciones difíciles a las que tengan que enfrentarse en un futuro y a lo largo de su trayectoria como ser humano. Es hacerles partícipes y empoderarles de un tesoro de incalculable valor, ser dueños de sus vidas.

Zusammenfassung: Waldtherapie in Kindergarten
Die Einrichtung eines wöchentlichen „Waldtages“, der auf den Verfahren der „Integrativen Therapie“ in Kinderbildungszentren basiert, trägt dazu bei, das biopsychosoziale und ökologische Entwicklung der Kinder zu verbessern, indem ihnen eine besondere Umgebung geboten wird, die ihnen hilft, sich ganzheitlich als Menschen zu entwickeln und ihnen einen Lernprozess ermöglicht, der für den Rest ihres Lebens Teil ihrer Resilienz sein wird und ihnen hilft, schwierige Situationen zu lösen, denen sie in der Zukunft und während ihres gesamten Lebensweges als Menschen gegenüberstehen werden.Es geht darum, sie zu Teilnehmern zu machen und sie mit einem unschätzbaren Schatz auszustatten, nämlich Herr über ihr Leben zu sein.

SUMMARY: Forest Therapy in Kindergartens
The establishment of a “Forest Day” in the Kindergarden based on the procedures of „Integrative Therapy“ help the biopsychosocial and ecological development of children. Nature provides them with a special environment that helps them develop globally as people and gives children a learning that will be part of their resilience files for the rest of their lives, helping them solve difficult situations that they have to face in the future and throughout their career as a human being, is to make them participate and empower them with a treasure of incalculable value, to own their lives.
