Im Hinblick auf die jeweils komplexe therapeutische Aufgabe am einzelnen Patienten wird der Prozesscharakter verschiedener therapeutischer Interventionen, insbesondere psychotherapeutischer und psychopharmakotherapeutischer, diskutiert. Es wird eine Gesamtbehandlungskultur propagiert, in der solche heterogene therapeutische Momente in andauernden Bezug zueinander gebracht werden müssen.

Summary: About the controversy between psychotherapy and psychopharmacotherapy. About the Praxeology
In view of each complex therapeutic task on the individual patient, the process character is discussed of various therapeutic interventions, especially psychotherapeutic and psychopharmacotherapeutic. An overall treatment culture is propagated, in which such heterogeneous therapeutic moments must be brought together in continuing relation to each other.
