Im Zentrum der Überlegungen stehen die im Rahmen von komplexen Organisationen statt-findenden Arbeitsbeziehungen, die wesentlich durch die rasanten Veränderungen in der Ar-beitswelt gekennzeichnet sind. Aufgezeigt werden Verstehenszugänge und Handlungsräume der Organisationssupervision, in deren Rahmen Ansätze zur sorgsamen Unterstützung von Arbeitsbeziehungen und zur Qualifizierung von Arbeit angestrebt werden können.

Summary: Working relationships and working environments: Focal points for change and challenges in organizational supervisions
Working relationships occurring within complex organizations are strongly affected by to-day’s rapid changes in the working world. These working relationships are at the center of this discussion. The article attempts to show how organizational supervision can help under-stand these complex relationships and create opportunities to act – with the objective of dili-gently supporting working relationships and striving for qualification of work.
