Zusammenfassung: Ein Poesie- und Bibliotherapeutischer Therapieprozess auf der Basis der „Integrativen Therapie“ mit einem an Paranoider Schizophrenie erkrankten Patienten im Rahmen der Behandlung in einer Psychiatrischen Institutsambulanz – Klinische und salutogenetische Biographiearbeit als komplexe Ko-inkarnation
Dargestellt wird der Ablauf eines Poesie- und Bibliotherapeutischen Therapieprozesses eines an paranoider Schizophrenie erkrankten Mannes im Rahmen der Behandlung in einer Psychiatrischen Institutsambulanz. Die Therapie wurde mit den Methoden der „Integrativen Therapie“ im Einzelkontakt durchgeführt. Ausgehend von der Anamnese der Biografie des Patienten sowie Prozessdiagnostischer und Ätiologischer Überlegungen wird der therapeutische Prozess ausführlich dargestellt. In Vorbemerkungen von Orth und Petzold wird gezeigt, dass sich in solchen Prozessen komplexe Biographiearbeit als salutogenetische Prozesse zwischenleiblicher Ko-inkarnation vollziehen.

Summary: Treatment of a patient with paranoid schizophrenia with Poetry Therapy and Bibliotherapy based on „Integrative Therapy“ in a psychiatric outpatient clinic – Clinical and salutogenetic biography work as complex co-incarnation
This paper details the treatment of of a man with paranoid schizophrenia with Poetry Therapy and Bibliotherapy based on „Integrative Therapy“ in a psychiatric outpatient clinic. Therapy was conducted with methods of Integrative Therapy in one-on-one sessions. The therapeutic process is presented based on the medical and biographical history of the patient as well as process diagnostic and etiological considerations. In preliminary remarks by Orth and Petzold it is shown that in such processes complex biographical work takes place as salutogenetic processes of inter-corporeal co-incarnation
