In diesem Text aus der postgradualen Weiterbildung in Integrativer Psychotherapie an der SEAG wird in einem ersten Teil die achtsamkeitsbasierte kognitive Therapie MBCT von Segal, Williams und Teasdale und ihre Entstehung in kompakter Form zusammengefasst. In einem zweiten Teil wird die MBCT aus einer integrativen Sicht diskutiert und dann unter Mitarbeit von H.G. Petzold und U. Mathias-Wiedemann das integrative Konzept «komplexer Achtsamkeit» vorgestellt.

Summary: On the way to „complex mindfulness“- Integrative perspectives on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and mindfulness meditation
In this text from the postgraduate training in Integrative psychotherapy at SEAG the first part summarizes the mindfulness-based cognitive therapy MBCT by Segal, Williams and Teasdale and its development in a compact form. In a second part the MBCT is discussed from an integrative perspective. Then with contributions by H.G. Petzold and U. Mathias-Wiedemann the integrative concept of “complex mindfulness” is presented.
