Motivationsförderung zur Inanspruchnahme von Psychotherapie durch Betriebliche Sozialberatung

Zusammenfassung: Motivationsförderung zur Inanpruchnahme von Psychotherapie durch betriebliche sozialberatung – Eine empirische Studie
Die empirische Studie „Motivationsförderung zur Inanspruchnahme von Psychotherapie durch Betriebliche Sozialberatung“ schöpft ihre Ergebnisse aus Interviews mit betrieblichen Sozialberater/innen und Angaben von Klienten/innen Betrieblicher Sozialberatung aus Unternehmen in Deutschland. Ziele sind, neben der wissenschaftlichen Erfassung der Motivationsarbeit zu deren Verbesserung, zur Linderung von menschlichem Leid, Vorbeugung von Chronifizierung psychischer Erkrankungen sowie Kostenreduktion beizutragen.
Aufgezeigt wird, wie die Motivationsförderung erfolgt, und dass eine hohe Übereinstimmung der praktischen Motivationsarbeit mit bisherigen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen besteht. Zum Teil überraschende Parallelen zur Theorie und Praxis der Integrativen Therapie werden hierbei offensichtlich.
Die Studienergebnisse belegen, dass Betriebliche Sozialberatung ihren berufsständigen Ansprüchen, denen ihrer Klienten/innen und den Anforderungen der jeweiligen Unternehmen in Bezug auf die Themensetzung weitgehend gerecht wird und es keine Alternative dazu gibt.
Möglichkeiten der weiteren Förderung von Psychotherapiemotivation im betrieblichen Kontext und verbessertes Inanspruchnahmeverhalten von Mitarbeiter/innen mit psychogener Symptomatik werden zum Abschluss aufgeführt.

Summary: Fostering Motivation through Institutional Counseling for Using Psychotherapy – An Empirical Study
The empiric study „Promotion of motivation for claiming of psychotherapy by in-house social counseling“ extracts her results from interviews with in-house social counselors and information of clients of in-house social counsellors from enterprises in Germany. Aims are, beside the scientific capture of the work of motivation for their improvement, to the relief of human grief, to contribute prevention of chronic manifestation of psychic illnesses as well as cost reduction.
It is indicated as the promotion of motivation works, and that a high correspondence of the practical work of motivation with present scientific knowledge exists. Partly astonishing parallels to the theory and practise of the Integrative Therapy become evident on this occasion.
The study results prove, that in-house social counseling satisfies extensively her claims which of her clients and the requirement of enterprises related to the topic and that there is no alternative to it.
Possibilities of other promotion of psychotherapy motivation in the in-house context and improving claiming of psychotherapy of employees with psychogenic symptoms are performed at the end.
