Zusammenfassung: Integrative Therapie – Potentiale in der Akutpsychiatrie
Diese Arbeit geht der Frage nach, wie man sich als PsychologIn und ausgebildete Integrative TherapeutIn unter den strukturellen Bedingungen einer Akutstation im allgemeinpsychiatrischen Spitalbereich in einem multidisziplinären Team positionieren kann und wie in der Hektik des Klinikalltags Integrative Therapie realisierbar ist. Zur Beantwortung dieser Frage werden in einem ersten Schritt das Setting der Klinik, Positionen und grundlegende theoretische Interventionsleitlinien der Integrativen Therapie in den Fokus genommen; in einem zweiten Schritt werden Probleme von PatientInnen ausserhalb einer ICD-10-Diagnostik identifiziert und eine haltungsorientierte therapeutische Position basierend auf der theoretischen Grundlage der Integrativen Therapie skizziert, welche fähig ist, die Bedürfnisse der PatientInnen aufzunehmen.

Summary: Integrative therapy – potentials in acute psychiatry
This text raises the question, how one can position oneself as psychologist and trained Integrative therapist within the structural conditions of a acute psychiatric hospital and how Integrative therapy is realizable in the hecticness of the daily routine of such a hospital. For answering this question in a first step the setting of an acute psychiatric hospital, the positions and the fundamental theoretical intervention guidelines of the Integrative therapy will be taken in the focus; in a second step some problems of patients will be identified beyond the codes of the ICD-10 as well as attitude based positions of the Integrative approach will be outlined in order to point out how the Integrative approach and ist therapists are able to meet the needs of patients.
