Ein mehrperspektivisches Modell im Praxiseinsatz
„Der integrative, mehrperspektivische, ‚Dynamic Systems Approach to Supervision‘ “ von Petzold u.a.

Wiebke Herrmann

Zusammenfassung: Ein mehrperspektivisches Modell im Praxiseinsatz – „Der integrative, mehrperspektivische, ‚Dynamic Systems Approach to Supervision‘“ von Petzold u.a.

Summary: A multiperspective model in the practical use – “the integrative, multiperspective ‘dynamic systems approach to supervision’” from Petzold and others.
The paper structures the subject model clearly and explains the complex contexts of the supervision events by the integrative approach. A connection between practice and theory is being established by using a practical example (for a better support of understanding). By having a systematic explanation of the different factors of the model and the transmission into practice one has a vivid idea of multiperspectivity, intersubjectivity, the multi-level-system, the process dynamics as well as the “context and continuum“ of the supervision practice. As conclusion of the paper it becomes obvious what challenges the supervisor faces in areas such as the affiliate competence and performance. Nevertheless is the special significance of process dimension and metareflexion being discussed.

Keywords: multiperspective model, practicality, factors of integrative supervision, process variables, affiliate performances, dynamic system approach.
