Zusammenfassung: Emotionsdysregulation bei Borderline-Störung im Kontext des Ambulant Betreuten Wohnens
In dieser Arbeit geht es in erster Linie um Information und Vermittlung von neueren wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen zum Thema Borderline-Persönlichkeitsstörung. Es werden effektive Behandlungsmöglichkeiten vorgestellt und ein Bezug zum Ambulant Betreuten Wohnen hergestellt, als ein wichtiger Baustein im psychiatrischen Versorgungsnetz. Die Chancen für Menschen mit BPS durch das ABW „gehalten“ und stabilisiert zu werden, ist aufgrund des Bezugsbetreuersystems und der damit erhöhten „Objektkonstanz“ als recht hoch einzuschätzen und stellt eine der wichtigsten Hilfsangebote im professionellen psychiatrischen Netzwerk dar. Umso bedeutender ist es, die darin arbeitenden professionellen Helfer zu unterstützen und ihnen Möglichkeiten des Austausches und der Supervision anzubieten. Die integrative Supervision bietet durch ihr Konzept der Mehrperspektivität und grundlegende Haltungen wie Wertschätzung und Akzeptanz gegenüber dem Anderen eine gute Grundlage, den professionellen Helfer wie auch den unter einer BPS leidenden Menschen zu sehen und zu verstehen und ihn zu befähigen, neue kreativen Lösungen zu verändertem funktionalem Verhalten zu finden. Die Arbeit mit Borderline erkrankten Menschen ist interessant und spannend. Es lohnt sich, am Ball zu bleiben!

Summary: Emotion dysregulation in borderline disorder in the context of outpatient assisted living
This paper is primarily about information and communication of recent scientific findings on the topic of borderline personality disorder. Effective treatment options are presented and a reference is made to outpatient assisted living as an important component of the psychiatric care network. The chances for people with BPD to be „kept“ and stabilised by the ABW can be assessed as quite high due to the reference care system and the thus increased object constancy and represents one of the most important help offers in the professional psychiatric network. It is therefore all the more important to support the professional helpers working in it and to offer them opportunities for exchange and supervision. Through its concept of multi-perspectivity and basic attitudes such as appreciation and acceptance of others, integrative supervision offers a good basis for seeing and understanding the professional helper as well as the person suffering from BPD and for enabling him or her to find new creative solutions to change functional behaviour. Working with borderline people is interesting and exciting. It is worth staying on the ball!
