Auf der theoretischen und praxeologischen Grundlage der Integrativen Supervision wird ein Interventionsforschungsprojekt mit qualitativen und quantitativen Methoden dokumentiert, das im Altenheimbereich die Konzepte des „reflexiven Managements“ und der integrativen Personalentwicklung als Organisationsentwicklungsaufgabe umsetzt. Interventionsschritte werden theoriebegründet dokumentiert.

Summary: Organizational Development Processes in Nursery Homes for the Aged and Integrative Supervision – an Intervebntion Research Project
On the theoretical and praxeological basis of Integrative Supervision an Intervention Research Project is documented by quantitative and qualitative methods. It was implementing in nursery homes for the aged the concepts of “reflexive management” and integrative development of personal as a task of organizational development. The intervention strategies are documented with their theoretical arguments.
