Zusammenfassung: Das integrative Modell „komplexer, wechselseitiger Empathie“ und „zwischenleiblicher Mutualität“ als Grundlage melioristischer Lebenspraxis, Therapie und Supervision (2019a)
Der Beitrag stellt in kompakter Form das Konzept zwischenleiblicher „komplexer, wechselseitiger Empathie“ vor, wie es in der Integrativen Therapie entwickelt wurde und die Grundlage ihrer therapeutischen und supervisporischen Arbeit und ihrer Praxis der „theapeutischen Beziehung“ bildet. Unter breiter Auswertung moderner Neurobiologie und Neurophilosophie (Interozeptionsforschung, 4E-Conition), werden kognitive Empathie (Verständnis, Verstehen), emotionale Empathie (Mitgefühl, Mitleid) und somato-senumotorische Empathie (Mitschwingen, synchronisierte Mitbewegung) differenziert und die sozialen und ökologischen Dimensionen von Empathiearbeit aufgezeigt: soziale Empathie, Naturempathie. Mißbräuchliche, „dunkle Empathie“ (bei Folter, Grausamkeit, Betrug) wird thematisiert. Auf dem Boden integrativer Leib- und Beziehungstheorie und klinischer Erfahrungen wird hier eines der elaboriertesten Modelle eines modernen Empathieverständnisses vorgelegt, wie es für erfolgreiche therapeutische Arbeit unerläßlich ist.

The paper compactly outlines the concept of intercorporeal „complex, mutual empathy“ as developed in Integrative Therapy and provides the basis of her therapeutic and supervisoric work and her practice of „therapeutic relationship“. Under broad evaluation of modern neurobiology and neurophilosophy (introception research, 4E-Congition), cognitive empathy (understanding), emotional empathy (compassion, pity) and somato-sensoomotoric empathy (motoric synchronisation und resonance) are differentiated and the social and ecological dimensions of empathy work are demonstrated: social empathy, empathy for nature. Abusive, „dark empathy“ (in torture, cruelty, deceit) is discussed. On the basis of integrative body and relationship theory and clinical experiences, one of the most elaborate models of a modern understanding of empathy is presented here, as it is indispensable for successful therapeutic work.
