 Zusammenfassung: „Mit Jugendlichen auf dem WEG …“. Biopsychosoziale, entwicklungspsychologische und evolutionspsychologische Konzepte für „Integrative sozialpädagogische Modelleinrichtungen“
Der Beitrag bringt adoleszenzpsychologische und jugendlichenpsychotherapeutische Grundpositionen für die biopsychosoziale Arbeit mit Jugendlichen, wie sie auf der Grundlage longitudinaler Entwicklungspsychologie, evolutionspsychologischer und neurobiologischer Erkenntnisse zur Hirnentwicklung in der Frühadoleszenz konzipiert und umgesetzt wurden. Hintergrund bildet auch eine 40jährige Erfahrung in der Integrativen Jugendlichentherapie. Adoleszenz wird als eine Entwicklungsphase in eigenem Recht gesehen, nicht nur bestimmt durch Früherfahrungen, wie der psychoanalytische Diskurs annimmt, da aufgrund der massiven cerebralen Neuorganisierungen im präfrontalen Hirn von Teenagern auch vorgängige biographische Belastungen kompensiert werden können, wenn adoleszenzgerechte, erlebnisaktivierende und die Expression evolutionärer Adoleszenzprogramme adäquat nutzende sozialpädagogische Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden, wie dies im Ansatz Integrativer Therapie und Agogik geschieht. Exemplarisch werden separat nachfolgend Berichte aus drei Einrichtungen vorgelegt, wo dies unter Beratung und Supervision des Autors seit vielen Jahren praktiziert wird.

Summary: “With adolescents on the way …”. Biopsychosocial, developmental and evolutionary psychological concepts for „Integrative psychosocial model institutions“
This article presents basic positions from adolescent psychology and psychotherapy for biopsychosocial work with teens, as they have been elaborated and brought into practice on the basis of longitudinal developmental psychology, evolutionary psychology and neurobiological insights concerning the cerebral development in early adolescence. Another background is 40years of experience in integrative adolescent psychotherapy. Adolescence is seen as a developmental phase in its own right, which is not only determined by early experiences as maintained by the psychoanalytic discourse, because of the massive new organisation in the prefrontal teenage brain. Through this preceding biographical adverse events can be compensated when experience activating interventions of adolescents therapy, and sociopedagogical work using the expression of genetic programmes in the teenage brain are offered as it is done in Integrative Therapy and Agogics. Exemplarily reports from three model institutions are presented where such an approach is practiced for many years under the conceptual consulting and supervisory guidance of the author.
